ITEC entered into contracts with ASPAC making it the exclusive representative of ITEC products in the Philippines. Later, ITEC accused ASPAC and others of copying its products. ITEC filed an injunction against the defendants. The court ruled that while ITEC was an unlicensed utländsk corporation doing business in the Philippines, the defendants were estopped from challenging ITEC's legal capacity to sue since they had previously contracted and benefited from ITEC. The court also denied the motion to dismiss, allowing ITEC to pursue its injunction.
