Kenneth E Hagin
Rev. Kenneth E. Hagin continues to be extremely influential in the life and ministry of Andrew Hemstrought and the Metropolitan Holy Ghost Society.
Born in 1917 in Texas, he came into the world with a deformed heart and an incurable blood disease. In 1933 during his conversion experience, he reported dying three times, each time seeing hell's horrors, and then returning to life. In 1934 on his deathbed, he experienced miraculous healing. In 1936, he became a pastor.
After being baptized in the Holy Spirit in 1937, he started pastoring in Pentecostal churches. In 1949, he became an itinerant Bible teacher and evangelist. Over the next 14 years, Jesus appeared to Rev. Hagin eight times in visions, changing the course of his ministry.

Kenneth E. Hagin ministered for almost 70 years after God miraculously healed him of a deformed heart and an incurable blood disease at the age of 17. Even though Rev. Hagin went home to be with the Lord in 2003, the ministry he founded continues to bless multitudes around the globe.
