    Christopher Kesler serves as EGI GIS Manager, focusing on a variety of activities in support of global scientific research. He has been with EGI since when he first began working as a GIS Technician. He works closely with EGI scientists and international project partners and EGI member companies and governments worldwide to deliver comprehensive, clear, and detailed GIS products. As GIS Manager, he supervises GIS technicians and provides advice and direction to student workers and graduate students on how to most efficiently use GIS software for data capture, analysis and presentation.

    Dr. Carter Christopher is Director of the Geospatial Science and Human Security Division at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. In this role, he leads ORNL's geospatial science research portfolio, along with division staff and activities. Formerly, Dr. Christopher served as ORNL’s Section Head for Human Dynamics R&D where he led and integrated the Human Geography, Location Intelligence, Critical Infrastructure Resilience, Geospatial information Modeling, and Geoinformatics Engineering research groups to address national- and global-scale challenges for National Security and Energy säkerhet.     Christopher Bruce joined Husson University in after a year career in the field of crime analysis and data-driven police operations. His particular areas of expertise are in the areas of law enforcement data management and analysis, analysis of crime patterns, the use of geographic information systems (GIS) in policing, and the development of effective tactics, strategies, and policies based on crime analysis.

    Professor Bruce has previously served as an adjunct lecturer in criminal justice for Suffolk University, Tiffin University, the University of Massachusetts at Lowell, Westfield State University, Western Oregon University, and Middlesex Community College, teaching both graduate and undergraduate courses, both in-person and online. He served for 17 years as a crime analyst for police agencies in Massachusetts and another 10 years as a self-employed crime analysis trainer and consultant.
