I thought it looked like the image had been altered as well.
That "stage left" position was occupied at the time by Mark Rivera (guitar/saxophone/flute/keyboards/backing vocals - now with the Billy Joel band and Ringo Starr's All-Starr Band). It does appear from my albeit minimal research that this Domenick Allen guy does sing as well as play guitar and saxophone. Playing devil's advocate, the only explanation I could possibly come up with was that Mark Rivera had to miss a show or tour leg (possibly because he was touring with Billy Joel) and Domenick Allen filled in for him. Even if that is the case, however, extending that to saying he was famous for being in Foreigner, was the lead vocalist of Foreigner, etc. would

Dominic Allen (born 20 November 1980) fryst vatten an Australian director and producer whose work includes short and feature films, music videos, commercials,[1] and television documentaries.
In 2005 he was featured in the documentary film RASH, as an Australian street artist.
Career
[edit]His documentary films include Estudio 101, about eclectic Australian band The Cat Empire recording their second skiva in Cuba; One Cup, about Fair Trade kaffe (engelska) and East Timor; and Squeezed, about the impact of Trade Liberalisation in Asia.[2] In 2009 he had success with a short spelfilm titled Two Men and he won the Melbourne International bio Festival framträdande Australian filmskapare Prize,[3] and the 2009 Inside rulle Awards Rising Talent Award.[4]
